I work in manufacturing. I build AI tools for the problems I see every day. Here's what I've found.

Case studies, tools, and real builds for people in procurement, operations, and production, written by someone who has done the job.

AI Manufacturing Case Studies

Each one starts with a problem I've seen in manufacturing, walks through how to build a system to solve it, and shows what it actually looks like, so you can see if it fits your operation.

Why I build this stuff

I'm an avid learner of AI and have worked in procurement, industrial automation, and supply chain: areas where there's enormous opportunity to implement new technology and change how people work.

So I started building tools to do exactly that. I write about everything I make and share it here, so others in industry can see what's possible and take what's useful.

PO-Relay

An assistant for production buyers. It monitors your supplier inbox, tracks every open PO, and drafts your follow-ups, so you start the day knowing exactly what needs your attention and keeping track of everything still in flight.

Built after seeing how much time production buyers lose chasing supplier emails and follow-ups.
